For this procedure you can identify yourself with:

• Mobile phone:  using idCAT Mòbil
  Sign up for idCAT Mòbil
• Digital certificate: idCAT (see Information about the idCAT certificates at la UPF), or national electronic ID.
• Other identification systems: Cl@ve
• More information on identification methods at UPF.

Once you have identified yourself, you have 30 minutes to complete the process. Please prepare the necessary documentation before you start.

The language of the form can be changed in the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.
